Welcome To Evergreen Hospice

Evergreen provides community based supportive services to individuals and their families in Markham, Stouffville and Thornhill, who are living with a life-threatening illness, caregiving, or coping with the death of a loved one. 

 

Evergreen is a non-profit, charitable organization which depends on donations and limited government funding in order to provide support at no cost to the client.

Make a Donation

Help us be there for those who are ill, caregiving, or grieving in our community. Evergreen Hospice receives only 30% of our funding from government sources. For the remainder, we rely on individual donors, sponsors, community groups and events to continue providing our vital care.
