Evergreen Hospice is asking our community to join us for a memorial walk to remember the special people in our lives who have died. Help raise funds to “pass the care forward” to others in need.

 

​We will begin our walk at Amica Unionville. We will walk through the local park trails and return to Amica Unionville afterwards for snacks, refreshments and raffle prizes.

​

We look forward to sharing this meaningful day with you. If you are unable to walk but would like a Butterfly released in your loved ones honour, our team will gladly support you in doing this, simply register their name.
